1. Who we are
NICE Venture Information Technologies LLC (“NICE Venture”, “we”, “us”) is a company licensed on the Dubai mainland, United Arab Emirates (Commercial Licence No. 1395678), formerly Venture Technologies FZC. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through nice-venture.com and when you contact us.

2. Laws we follow
We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE laws. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from the European Union or European Economic Area, we also respect the rights it gives you.
3. Personal data we collect
Information you give us — when you send an enquiry, request a quotation, submit tender documents, message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, or send a CV:
- Name, job title and company
- Phone/WhatsApp number and email address
- Details of your project, requirements, site location and any documents you share (for example specifications, drawings and BOQs)
- For job applicants: your CV and the information it contains
Information collected automatically — when you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, collected through server logs and cookies (see our Cookies Policy).
Information from others — business contact details shared by your colleagues, referral partners, main contractors, consultants or vendors in the normal course of a project, and publicly available business information.
4. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you ask for
- To study tender documents, prepare designs, quotations and proposals, and obtain vendor pricing
- To deliver, install, support and maintain the products and services you order
- To manage our relationship with clients, partners and suppliers, including invoicing and record-keeping
- To send you updates about our services where you have agreed to receive them — you can opt out at any time
- To recruit staff when you apply for a role
- To keep our website and systems secure and to improve them
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations
We rely on the following grounds: your consent; the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate business interests where these do not override your rights.
5. WhatsApp, email and phone
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Emails are handled through our business email providers. We use these channels only to communicate with you about your enquiry or project.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:
- Service providers who host our website and email, and provide business software such as customer relationship management (CRM), accounting and communication tools
- Technology vendors, manufacturers and authorised distributors, only to the extent needed to obtain pricing, register projects, warranties or licences for your requirements
- Subcontractors and field engineers involved in delivering your project
- Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers
- Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law
These parties may only use your data for the purposes we specify and must protect it appropriately.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. When personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take steps required by the PDPL — such as transferring only to countries with adequate protection or using contractual safeguards — so that your data remains protected.
8. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and quotations that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact
- Client, project and financial records: for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax laws
- CVs of job applicants: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Website logs and cookie data: as described in our Cookies Policy
After these periods we securely delete or anonymise the data.
9. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, multi-factor authentication, firewalls and endpoint protection, and we limit access to people who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act promptly and notify affected people and authorities where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Receive information about and access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Ask us to restrict or stop certain processing, and object to processing, including for direct marketing
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

11. AI tools and automated decisions
We may use trusted software, including artificial-intelligence tools, to help us respond to enquiries, analyse documents and organise information. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
13. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as vendor websites and social media. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility; please read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
